The Shell and Core retrofit of a 1936 reinforced-concrete building in the heart of the Silver Lake neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. The former Army Navy Surplus retail store interiors were removed, and a new mezzanine and roof deck were designed and added. The interior was demised for two future retail tenants. Improvements include a new elevator, stairs, restrooms, utility upgrades and a large roof deck. In addition, six adjacent storefronts were remodeled with new plaster tile facades, and stained wood storefronts and doors. | 8,458 SF 2 stories, Los Angeles, CA
